Julia Holland
Director of Web Development
Julia became interested in web technologies while studying Astronomy and Mathematics as an undergraduate in college. Although she loved Astronomy, her UNIX and programming classes eventually led to a fascination with all things web related. After graduating with honors she began consulting for various companies and in 2006 decided to form Blue Penguin Consulting.

Phil Chen
Director of Operations
Phil formerly held technology positions at CERFnet (One of the first ISP's in the United States), BlueMountain.com, AT&T Enhanced Network Services, Websense, and SIPphone (Phil was the architect of SIP and STUN Infrastructure for SIPphone's product launch in 2003). With over a decade of experience in network architecture and monitoring, complemented with systems scaling and security, Phil brings to BPC a unique perspective on technology and its applications.
